William C. Parks
Principal
Mr. Parks practices primarily in bankruptcy, civil litigation, and employment law. He regularly files Chapter 7 bankruptcies, and has represented both debtors and creditors. Mr. Parks also regularly litigates in the Massachusetts state court system.
Mr. Parks is a member of the Boston Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Mr. Meyerson practices primarily in employment law and civil litigation. He has considerable trial experience.
Mr. Meyerson litigates in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Meyerson is also actively involved with the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
Julie A. Franklin
Of Counsel
Ms. Franklin practices primarily in bankruptcy with particular focus on individual and corporate Chapter 7 and 13 filings. She also handles other civil matters including but not limited to landlord-tenant and consumer protection.
Ms. Franklin is licensed to practice law in the state of New York as well as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the New York Bar Association.
