William C. Parks is a Boston area attorney. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, all the lower state courts of Massachusetts, the United States District Court (District of Massachusetts), the United States Bankruptcy Court (District of Massachusetts), and the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.

Mr. Parks practices primarily in bankruptcy, debt settlement, and employment law. He welcomes bankruptcy cases, especially individuals in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. In a typical bankruptcy, he discharges between $40,000 up to many hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt. In a debt settlement, Mr. Parks defends people who are in collections, but who may not be ready to file bankruptcy. He negotiates a solution for the lowest possible settlement. Finally, Mr. Parks also represents people against their current or former employer, and in unemployment benefits cases.
